Bakı, CASCFEN, 22.06.2016 – Orta Asiya və Güney Qafqaz Söz Azadlığı Şəbəkəsi (CASCFEN) “Müxtəlif kateqoriyadan olan qruplar üçün onlayn ifadə azadlığı mədəniyyəti seminarları” layihəsi çərçivəsində növbəti tədbirini Bakıdakı 5 saylı məktəbdə keçirib. “Müəllimlər və yuxarı sinif şagirdləri üçün onlayn ifadə azadlığı mədəniyyəti” mövzusunda seminara 27 nəfər müəllim və şagird qatılıb.
Qurumdan verilən xəbərə görə, Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında QHT-lərə Dövlət Dəstəyi Şurasının maliyyə yardımıyla baş tutan seminarda şəbəkə istifadəçilərinin davranış qaydaları, onların pozulması zamanı meydana gələcək məsuliyyət müzakirə edilib.
Tədbirin açılışında çıxış edən CASCFEN sədri Azər Həsrət layihə haqqında qısa bilgi verdikdən sonra məktəbin direktoru Nərminə Gündüzlü iştirakçıları salamlayıb, onlara işlərində uğurlar arzu edib.
Bunun ardınca Azər Həsrət Nərminə Gündüzlüyə layihəyə verdiyi dəstəyə görə, CASCFEN-in diplomunu təqdim edib.
Daha sonra layihənin eksperti, Bakı Slavyan Universitetinin baş müəllimi Dr. Nüşabə Hüseynli onlayn mühitdə davranış qaydaları haqqında geniş çıxış edib. O, özəlliklə də müəllim və şagirdlərin bu mühitdə davranışlarının ayrı-ayrı məqamlarına toxunub. Çıxışçı qeyd edib ki, Azərbaycanda sözü gedən sahə üzrə dövlətin yaratdığı imkanlardan səmərəli şəkildə istifadə edilməlidir. Özəlliklə də şagirdlərin bu məsələlərdə diqqətli olması vacibdir.
Növbəti ekspert, CASCFEN nəzarət-təftiş komissiyasının sədri Sevda Əsgərova iştirakçılara “netizen” və “netiket” istilahlarını izah edib. Bundan sonra o, netiketin 10 qızıl qaydası haqqında geniş izah verib.
İştirakçıların da fəallığıyla seçilən seminarın sonunda sertifikatlar təqdim edilib, xatirə şəkli çəkdirilib.

Baku, CASCFEN, 22.06.2016 – Central Asian and Southern Caucasian Freedom of Expression Network has conducted its next seminar in Baku, School No: 5, within the framework of the Project titled “Online freedom of expression culture seminars for groups from different categories”. 27 teachers and pupils have attended the seminar on “Online freedom of expression culture for teachers and high school students”.
According to news, delivered by the organization, code of conduct of the net users, responsibility for its violations were discussed in the seminar, which was conducted thanks to the financial help of the Council of State Support to NGOs under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Azer Hasret, CASCFEN chairman, acted with speech giving information about the project. Afterwards the school principal Narmina Gunduzlu welcomed the participants and wished them the successes.
Following the opening, Azer Hasret presented the Diploma of CASCFEN to Narmina Gunduzlu for her contribution to the project.
After the opening an expert of the project, a senior teacher of Baku Slavic University, Dr. Nushabe Huseynli acted with wide speech on the code of online conduct. She stressed out certain moments of the conduct of teachers and pupils in this realm. The speaker noted that people need to use in the best way the opportunities provided by the state in this segment. Especially pupils need to be careful in the mentioned issues.
The next expert of the project, head of the CASCFEN Control-Revision Commission Sevda Asgarova explained the terms of “netizen” and “netiquette” to the participants. Afterwards she widely explained 10 golden rules of netiquette.
The seminar, where the participants also were very active ended with presenting of certificates of participation and group photo.
