Baku, CASCFEN, 05.08.2016 – Central Asian and Southern Caucasian Freedom of Expression Network (CASCFEN) has conducted one more seminar for teachers, journalists and NGO activists. Seminar has been conducted on the framework of the project on “Online freedom of expression culture for the groups of different categories”.

The seminar which was possible due to financial support of NGO Council has been conducted in the International Eurasia Press Fund`s premises.

Azer Hasret, a Chairman of CASCFEN opening the event has thanked Azerbaijan Government, NGO Council and International Eurasia Press Fund and its Chairman Umud Rahimoglu for their generous support.

An expert of the project, Space TV editor, Dr. Nushabe Huseynli delivered a speech on the conduct on online realm. She especially stressed out importance of following the rules and common norms on this segment. Different questions were addressed to the expert who enriched her speech with certain samples. She answered the questions and listened to proposals from participants.

Afterwards one more expert of the project Sevda Asker delivered a speech. Speaking on online etiquette, she explained 10 golden rules of netiquette one by one. She answered different questions as well and heard proposals of participants.

Azer Hasret, CASCFEN chairman concluding the seminar talked on misuse of freedom of expression and shared a knowledge on responsibility while violating the rules in this realm.

At the end of the seminar certificates were submitted to participants.
